During the workshops accountability partners are formed and once per week check-in’s are identified.

The Powerful in 60 Method is implemented to support each person on an ongoing basis. 

An online check-in platform to help encourage the habit of cognitive shutdown is used. 

Before and after productivity and wellbeing survey’s are used to map the change.

As no one size fits all approach to Cognitive Triggers is possible each workshop explores general concepts and tools which are then tailored to the individual. 




The core focus is to embed behavioural change at the individual level in such a way that professional performance and engagement remains high while personal well-being is ensured. 




A 4 part series. 

Small groups of your people (max 10) once per month for 4 months.

90 minute interactive and practical workshops. 

This workshop can be delivered virtually or inhouse.
